Rules

Who can join

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• One account per person. Your profile should describe you, not someone else.
• Keep your email working: crew invitations, ready checks and deadlines are sent there.

Being in a crew

• You sit in one live crew at a time. Finish it or leave it before you take another seat.
• When a crew fills up, everyone confirms within the ready check. If you don't, your seat goes to someone else.
• Plan on about an hour a day. Deadlines are set from that, so a brief that says 7 days expects roughly 7 hours from you.
• Check in when the crew asks. If you can't continue, leave the crew properly so the seat can be refilled — don't just go quiet.
• The captain keeps the crew moving. If the captain goes silent, the crew can hand the role to someone else.

Showcase, upvotes and comments

• A crew publishes its project page when the work is shipped. Only publish work the crew actually made.
• You can upvote any project except your own crew's. One upvote per person; no vote trading.
• Comments are open to members who have shipped at least one project. Be specific and kind — critique the work, never the person.

Not allowed

• Harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content of any kind involving minors.
• Spam, advertising and recruiting people away from their crew for paid work they didn't ask for.
• Uploading or linking to malware, phishing, or content you don't have the right to use.
• Sharing another member's contacts outside the crew without their permission.
• Faking accounts, votes or shipped projects.

Reports and enforcement

Use "Report" under any comment, or write to us. We read every report.

We may hide content, remove someone from a crew, or suspend an account that breaks these rules. For serious or repeated breaches we close the account. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look again.

Changes

When these rules change, we update the date above. Big changes are announced by email before they apply.
